Pricing questions
Before you decide
Do all three plans unlock the same features?
Yes. Annual, Monthly and Lifetime unlock exactly the same CraftCam Pro features. The only difference is how you pay.
What counts toward the 5 free takes?
Each video you record counts as one take, whichever mode you use. Photos don't count, so you can keep taking dual-format photos for free. Everything you've recorded stays in the app after your free takes are used.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then CraftCam goes back to the free version. Your recordings and projects are never touched.
Is Lifetime really a one-off payment?
Yes. One payment, no subscription and no renewal.
Why does Monthly cost more per month?
Monthly is there for when you need Pro for a single project. Annual costs the same as four months of Monthly, and Lifetime works out cheaper than Annual after a little over three years. If you'll use CraftCam for more than a few months, Annual or Lifetime is the better buy.
How do I restore my purchase on a new iPhone?
Open CraftCam, tap Upgrade to Pro, then Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose CraftCam Pro.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
